What I've been reading!

I've been pretty MIA the first half of this year with only doing a few blog tours. The books I did tours for were great and I found some new favorite books and authors because of them. Since I read a ton of different books it's nice to be able to find new books to read that's a bit different. I had a lot going on personally that kept me from doing the things I loved. I was still reading, but not my normal. Gasp.

The last few weeks, I've delved into the M/M genre of books on my kindle. I've sprinkled in other books but, I reread Daryl Banner, read Devon McCormack, and picked up some new Andrew Grey. Do I more books that I could have reread or started? Hell ya! Each of the books I read have different feels to them. I wanted books with some humor or ones with lots of steamy pages as well as books that are part of world I've already been apart of.

I've also read some other books that weren't M/M. I mean I have thousands of books to choose from. I'm not kidding. I'm afraid of my Kindle. I wish I was able to keep up with my books better, but I've failed big time. And since my memory gives me fits on a constant basis, then it's fun recalling what I've read.

I may have gone on a small bender with Devon. I reread Between These Sheets and it was the only one I owned of his at the time. Welp, I went on vacation and my one click button may have gotten pushed a time or two. I read FU: Fixer Uppers, #Royal, and recently #Burn. I loved these books because they were longer, had duel POVs, and there was steamy between the sheet (wherever they could have it) action.

Yes I plan on reading more Devon, though I have a few other books to finish up. I mean I really have like 20 books in various stages of completion along with a TBR pile I can't calculate. Daryl's books I've mostly finished. But his books that take place in the town of Spruce, those are fantastic. I mean it. Now I'm itching to reread a few of his other books. lol.

I have started a new Andrew book, but haven't gotten far at the moment. But I know it will be good since this series has some crossover characters to the series I've read before. This is a to be continued scenario.

MC romances have also been featured heavily on my Kindle homescreen. What can I say? I love books. So that's what my reading has been looking like at this time. I will be getting and reading several other books. Only I sorta need to read the ones I have now.

Right books are too easy to get a hold of. Though if anyone has book suggestions, let me know.

Reading and Other Things

As you can all see, I've been doing blog tours and it's been fun. I get to read books and discover new authors. New authors can be so much fun to find. I've been a bit on the slacking side with my own personal whatever the hell I want posts on books. Whoops. I have no good reason for it. Well, I was out of commission for a short bit, but I'm on the mend now.

My reading has been all over the place. From sweet romance to the darker romance. Some of them have been quick reads and others have taken a bit of time to complete. While I love reading, I have a new obsession. (No it's not coffee. We go way back to. lol)

No I've really gotten into playing Elder Scrolls online and I am trying to complete everything. Am I crazy? Yes I do believe so. Why? Because there is a lot to do in this game from collecting lore books (see I can't stay away from books) to completing quests. They at least have a wonderful achievements page where I can see my failures. I have so many innocents left to kill! (It's an achievement! I don't go around killing the NPCs all willy nilly.)

Any who. I have a couple of more blog tours coming up. Which I am looking forward to reading and posting on. I have a book to read for book club that's good and dark from what I've heard. Looking forward to it.

That's all for right now. I have lots to take care of. Enjoy this summer all.
